Your body was designed to burn both sugar and ketones…. yet most of us have lost the ability to burn ketones. This is a leading cause of, or aggravation to, many chronic diseases including diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimers, ADHD, autoimmune disease, and cancer.  

Keto seems to be all the craze right now. Take this class to learn how to do it correctly… meaning you get all the benefits and avoid bad side effects. We’ve found most people mistaken the keto diet thinking it’s all meat, cheese, and lots of dairy and no vegetables or fruit. Big mistake!  

Instead you learn what “ketogenic” means… it’s a state of fuel burning… and the diet is just one way to get there. You’ll learn how to know if you’re in ketosis (you cannot feel it)… and the urine strips are not accurate.  

Learn why it’s necessary to cycle in and out of ketosis and have diet variation.  

You’ll feel like you have your life back. Smooth moods, sharp memory, great sleep, fabulous concentration, and a healthy, lean body.

Class meets once a week for 6 weeks. If you miss class watch the video.

Choose Tuesdays at 8:30am or Saturdays at 10am (make up missed classes)
