January Fresh Start
Starts January 5. Classes designed for all body sizes and levels including people who are completely out of shape. Whether you are a total beginner or more experienced, you'll find our classes fun, effective and engaging. You'll leave feeling successful.
For people new to the studio or those returning after a 6 month or more absence.
Choose from live classes: Pilates Mat, Barre, tabata, Zumba, Aerial Stretch, Nia, BODYPUMP, BodyShaping, Small Ball Release.
Choose from Les Mills "virtual classes" (large screen video using exercise equipment and sound system in our studios every hour when live classes are not scheduled): BODYFLOW (yoga/tai chi and pilates), BODYPUMP, CXWorks (30 minute Core), RPM Cycling, BODYCOMBAT (martial arts cardio), GRIT series (30 minute high intensity) and more.
