Fall Body Blast

 2 months to feeling and looking great!

Starts Sept 10 and goes for 2 months for total of $99*. Classes designed for all body sizes and levels including people who are completely out of shape. Whether you are a total beginner or more experienced, you'll find our classes fun, effective and engaging. You'll leave feeling successful.

You Get:

  • Live Classes 7 days a week 
  • Virtual classes offered every hour live classes not offered (Les Mills exercise videos on big screen using sound system and equipment in 2 studios)  

This means continual classes from 6am to 7:45pm on weekdays, mornings on weekends 

  • 2 month online access to our Kick in the Pants health improvement plan. It includes exercise videos you can do when out of town or time you cannot get to class.  

Live Classes:

  • Pilates Mat (flatten your belly and improve posture)
  • Barre (tone hips, thighs, arms)
  • Piloxing Barre Ballet/barre toning class with small amount of boxing mixed in)
  • BodyShaping (toning with dumbbells and bands)
  • RPM group cycling (interval format group cycling class)
  • Tabata (high intensity intervals for all levels)
  • Aerial Stretch (stretching and relaxing to releive stress)
  • BollyX (Indian style dance cardio)
  • Nia (world music total body movement class)
  • BODYPUMP (barbell weight training for all levels)
  • Small Ball Release (use small balls to release tight muscles)
  • Zumba (fun cardio dance class)

Virtual Classes:

  • BODYFLOW (yoga, Pilates, tai chi)
  • SH'BAM (dance cardio)
  • RPM group cycling (offered almost every hour of the day!)
  • GRIT Cardio and Strength (30 minute cardio and strength class
  • CXWorks (30 minute core class)
